The products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Custom-made or special order items may not be eligible for return, as they are made specifically for the customer’s requirements.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your records. We cannot accept returns sent via COD (cash on delivery) or any other payment method upon delivery.

Inspection and Refund

If the products are in their original condition and packaging, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
